A $250 non-refundable deposit is required for every booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be required to pay an additional $150 non-refundable deposit in order to book another session. Deposits would only be refunded if the photographer cancels or reschedules the session.

Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay & PayPal are accepted forms of payment. All prices are subject to change without notice. The remaining balance of the booking must be paid after the session is over. No images/videos shall be delivered to client until the entire balance is paid. If you arrive late to a session, full payment is still required.

The Photographer shall retain copyright ownership of all works created during photo/video sessions, including but not limited to all images in their original and processed formats. It is understood that any duplication or alteration of original images is strictly prohibited {Copyright Law Title 17, Appendix V.

Additional Provisions of the Digital Millennium

Copyright Act 2005, Section 102} without the written permission of the Photographer. Alterations include, but are not limited to, application of filters, cropping, or modifications of any kind.
